Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting customer care.
• Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Krishangi Couture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

• We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

1. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at megha@krishangibymegha.com
2. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and reason for return/exchange.
3. Once approved, please ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

 

Refunds:

• We offer store credit or replacement for eligible returns.
• Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not possible.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized outfits
• Sale or discounted items
• Accessories like jewelry, stoles, or masks

 

Note:
Krishangi Couture reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.
